Camtasia: Voyager Certification

Welcome to the Camtasia Certification program. We’re glad you’re here and look forward to helping you to learn Camtasia and develop your screencasting skills.

While you’ll be able to follow along with the lessons, there may be a few differences between your version of Camtasia and what is shown in our videos . We are in the process of a major update to our certification program and are excited to share it with you later this year.

This certification is being delivered to you in two parts. The first part, or Camtasia Explorer Certification, is focused on basic skills. The idea is to give you a foundational understanding of using Camtasia and creating screencasts, even if you’re new to both. The second certification or the Camtasia Voyager Certification covers more topics, and work towards advancing your skills, knowledge, and understanding of Camtasia and creating screencast videos. 

Why two different programs? We realize not everyone has the time to complete 15+ hours of training. Yet, our goal is to help everyone interested in improving and leveling up their skills. We feel that the two certifications will allow beginners to grow without having to consume a mass amount of information in one go. And for our more advanced users, they won’t have to work through the basic materials that they already know, if they don’t want to.

We hope that wherever you are in your journey of learning, that you find the certification helpful. And we’d love to hear your feedback. We’ve built-in opportunities to provide feedback in both Certifications.
