Tips for Using Slack
Join our Slack Channel to get answers to questions about the certification and talk with other certification members.
We realize that learning doesn't always happen while watching the video or even when you're trying to learn. Sometimes it's in the questions or conversations, or examples. To help you facilitate some of your own learning, we're launching a Slack Channel for participants in the TechSmith Certification courses.*
So if you have questions about TechSmith Certification or want to have conversations about Camtasia or Snagit Certification, or maybe even want to get some feedback or advice from other members of the Certification programs you can join the TechSmith Certification Slack group**.
Daniel Park, the author of the Camtasia Certification videos, will be spending time each week helping to answer questions. In addition, Matt Pierce, Learning & Video Ambassador for TechSmith will be checking in as well.
The Slack group will not be monitored by technical support agents and if you're looking for technical support help you will need to go to https://support.techsmith.com.
